Chandrapur Anekal Road from Chandrapura circle till Anekal is about 14 kms long which is being widened. Chandrapura Anekal belt is fast developing and is well planned, it is well connected to Silk Board and Koramangala. PES Engineering College and Oxford Institution is also less than 15 kms from CA Belt. So I feel the idea of investing in CA Belt is not a bad option.

I have heard that till now property prices are affordable :) Once the area is fully developed it will be impossible to buy a property there as the prices will be almost double than what it is now.

JR Housing (Greenaprk Lakefront) is one of the worst builder specially their project executed/executing in Chandapura Anekla Main road are in a pathetic condition. They are big thugs and known for all kind of frauds. There is no quality, absolutely no standard maintain and not hiegine at all. The live example is GR Greenpark Lakefront View. If you do not believe this, please go and talk to the residents their. They'll guide you. This layout is known for street dogs and cattles too. It's a free path for factory laborers and a shit/toilet paradise for contractors and laborers. There is no club house, no swimming pool, no greenery, no maintaince staff, no plants, none of the roads are tarred yet. Although all these charges you have to pay in advance. In return they'll ensure to torture you every day. This project sucks.

chandapura-anekal road is ok, but check out the condition of JR greenpark, the builder has not kept up with his basic promises at all.. better stay away from this place.. there is no water here.. just visit the layout once at night

One of my friend's is planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in this project. What will the basic cost and which banks have approved the project?

The rate per square feet going on is Rs 2550 and the basic cost of a 2 bhk will be around Rs 26 lakhs. JR NEXUS is known to be approved by BMRDA and banks like Axis, Bank of Baroda, DHFL, HDFC, LIC, ICICI and Indiabulls.

What are the types of units the project is offering? How many flats, floor and blocks will be there in this project?

JR NEXUS is an integrated development of three interconnected blocks of apartments. JR Nexus offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with size ranging from 1050 sqft to 1300 sqft. It is a G+9 floor apartment complex with 3 blocks and 4 flats in each floor which means 36 flats each block.

Hey Jacob, The project was launched 3 months ago and it is said that the project will get completed by 2016 February.

Yes this is the first apartment project by JR Housing Developers.

Stay away from JR Housing. There are 2 projects (JR Greenpark, JR Lakefront view) executed by this builder right next to JR Nexus. Just visit their once and meet few of the residents for live feedback. I may be wrong but they'll definitely share their horrible experiences and the challenges staying in this layout.It'smore than 5 Years old project and would not able to locate any facility like club house, swimming pool, maintenance, plants and so on..Do not to worry about security, they are very friendly to every outsider and most of the time gate will remain open for any unwanted guest.The biggest fraud builder in the city. There is no management, no ethics, not at all a responsible builder at all. It's 1 time investment of 1 crore (almost) and loose peace and harmony from forever.

this is not the first one.. check out their JR Green park, condition of the place is horrible, just visit the site once at night and speak to anyone of the plot owners. Also, there is no water in this area and JR has not kept up any of his promises
