Hey, the real estate of this region is seeing a good rise. It is good time to invest here. The best part is that the roads around this area are better than the rest of the city. Some of the major builders in this area include SFS homes, Oceanus group, Dew homes, etc are coming up in this locality.

hey, i think the public transportation is very good in Nedumbassery. Infopark Smart Space isn't that far from Nedumbassery, but, i think sadly you will take some time to get to the city. You can get some city buses to and from Nedumbassery.

Works area starting from Jan 2015 and ending by dec. The goal is to provide each household in the locality with 100 litres of water everyday. For this, a water tank will be constructed here, then treated at the water treatment plant at Chowara, which is close by.

The good news for Nedumbassery is the new water supply initiative, Jalnidhi, being taken up by the Cochin International Airport to improve water supply to this locality. This 85cr worth project has a 27cr fund earmarked for laying the pipelines for the supply.

Yes, and I think it is in its final stage and will be open to the public very soon. Hopefully this will ensure a safe traffic flow and avoid congestion during the peak hours, since its likely that the traffic would double every five or six years

I heard that its being made with a three layer bitumen surface. with a 7m carriageway on each side, separated by a 3m wide median. The budget is around Rs 40L. After its completed, the existing road to the airport will be converted to a feeder road to the CIAL convention centre.

The infrastructure around this area and the airport is also developing. In fact the authorities have decided to make a four lane airport approach road from NH 47 to the international airport. this stretch starting from the highway to the airport and golf course club is being developed at a cost of Rs. 21.3 crores

Churches are also there - St Joseph's church and the Kavaraparambu RC church. Vengood church is a little on the outer sides of the locality.

Definitely good place to move into. The roads are really smooth, because its so close to the airport. You should also know that there is a fire station right here. Keep the number in case of emergencies.

But guys, Angamaly station is even closer! Its like 7 km away! Hey also, you know what there will be a railway station right in Nedumbassery very soon. At least thats what I heard.

eh what are you saying! Aluva station is much closer. And its bigger too! just go down the airport road, and turn on the NH 47. In clear roads, its half an hour drive, maximum.

Closest railway station from Nedumbassery is the Ernakulum south- just a 1 hour drive. Keep some more time on your hands during peak hours.

In case you ever are in the mood for some shopping and all, you can head down to the Oberon mall. Its not very far, you just need to drive down the NH 47, should take you around 40 mins without traffic.

If you're looking for schools for your children, then there is the Akaparambu govt LPBS school right here. Viswajoti public school and kindargarten is also in this locality btw.

Locality is good, you'll find all basic amenities here itself. In case you dont, then both Aluva and Angamaly are right next to it, and easily accessible.

Ok so people generally think that becuase the airport is here in Nedumbassery, its not that good a place to live in, but they are wrong, in fact because of the closeness to the airport we get to enjoy a lot of infra facilities.
