Yes, these guys are selling plots in agree land for which the registration itself is illegal and they also sell plots on lands which are reserved for something or which have many restrictions on the use of land. You can find them selling such plots at throwaway prices in Hinjewadi in Green Zones. So, stay away from such builders and save your hard-earned money.

Can you share your positive experience with Sairung Developers? As I can see the bulk of negative feedback against the project and its developer in multiple forum sites. And even i have noticed that in a particular month there are many positive responses on the same thread on Complaintboard.in
It is really a pity if you are among them. Think about those people who have invested their hard earned money dreaming of their dream home or own home and in return, you are just giving them false promises.

I am agreed with Priyanka. If a person lost his Rs.100, whole day he thinks for it with a sad face. Now, you can imagine about those people who have invested their lifetime saving and waiting for years and year to get their flat possession. Think as a common buyer then you will realize. It is clearly mentioned on the forum sites that do not buy land from the Sairung Developer as they are selling only illegal plots and there are lots of litigation issues in future.
