Latest Answer: Delhi Government has passed a mandatory rule to ban plastic in the city. If in any case anyone is found using it then Rs. 1 lakh fine will be charged on the violators and imprisonment for a time period. Not even the shopkeepers, vendors, wholesalers or the retailers are allowed to use plastic carry bags for supplying any goods. There will be ban on the manufacture, sale, storage and usage of plastic bags all over the city in Delhi.
