So an NGO, Compact green Enterprise said that papers were taken for money and send tfor re-cycling the same thing they are going to apply for the plastic bags also and this will help to reduce the garbage and the people will never throw plastics in the bins. The idea will sonn be executed after the goverment permits and agrees legally. To make this plan successful it need cooperation from the residents, shopkeepers and the government equally.
Latest Answer: The reason for not using plastic bags is that the bags does not get decomposes so fast and easily and it creates problem as it jam the drains. So to get rid of the trouble the Supreme Court has banned the plastic bags. There is an alternative of using biodegradable and compostable bag which quickly gets decomposed; the rates of the bags are little high than the normal plastic bags. The demand for these bags is not so high but gradually the demand is increasing.
