Q: Hello. I am looking for a 2BHK on rental basis. We are 4 bachelors working for John Deere and currently residing at Fortune East (Kharadi). Please let me know if bachelors are permitted to reside in Accolade and would be very grateful if you could also suggest a current vacancy available for occupation.

Thank you,
Mohit Jain

Q: I am a bachelor working in Mumbai. Few days back, I went to an apartment with my friends for rental query. The owner was very harsh and was rudely told he won't rent his property to bachelore. Is it correct or against law? Please advice.

Latest Answer: It all depends on the owner to keep bachelore as tenants or not. Some owners do not appreciate as their tenants because they feel bachelors come late at night and create nuisance in the housing society. It depends on any owner and it is not against law.
