Q:Most third grade rental property in Bangalore. The owner of the ground floor flat charges exorbitant rate for painting. This is equivalent to looting the tenant. Sincere advice is to not go for rent in this apartment
Latest Answer: Hello, It all the same, most of the owners deduct huge amount from the money deposited by the tenant as a maintenance cost which is not fair at all :( :(
