Latest Answer: Before the Ministry ordered penalties for Lavasa Corporation Limited and ruled against the project saying that the construction was unauthorised and was harming the environment. But later the Ministry of Enviornment and Forest gave clearance to the real estate developers. It is said that all the preconditions have met with the Maharastra Government taking action against the company for violating the Green laws.
