Buy a flat in Green field colony.
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in Green Field Colony, Faridabad but the property is not yet registered. Is there any risk in buying such property?

Latest Answer: According to the sources , the Superme Court said that the sale on leasehold or freehold on the properties and getting title over the property through GPA is invalid now. It is always advisable to go for a property which is registered.
