Buying unapproved land in Chennai?
Q: Has anyone bought unapproved land? What are risks in buying such property?

Latest Answer: Hi all, If any one is planning to buy land which is not approved by any authority then land is unregistered.avoid taking such properties as it may take several issues . In legal terms u may suffer while paying property tax.
