Q: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is planning to take the help of urban planning and finance experts for the implementation of development projects in public-private partnership over the next one year.
Latest Answer: This is definitely a good move by the civic body and will definitely be beneficial to the area as a whole. The partnership will be beneficial to both the parties involved and will lead to well implemented developmental projects in the area. Which is why I believe a lot of real estate players like Kolte Patil, Mahindra Lifespaces, etc are having projects in the area. I reside near the area and have seen the Antheia project of Mahindra Lifespaces come up wonderfully and they have also started the possession of the same. I believe the best time to buy a property in Pune is now.

Q: Is Urban development in India graceful to enter a new phase of growth?
Latest Answer: Our current govt. know it very well. Understanding the direct co-relation between infrastructure and demand in realty sector, the Central Government has given complete freedom and flexibility to State Governments to design and execute basic infrastructure facilities. For all the projects approved, the government will contribute 50 percent of the funds with an equivalent amount to be organized by the states themselves. This revamp of infrastructure in 272 cities and towns will duly fuel and introduce a fresh wave of realty demand in near future
