Q: What is interest subvention scheme in New Delhi all about?

Latest Answer: This is a scheme under which a buyer can skip paying EMI for a property that is under construction till the time of taking its possession. Only after construction, buyers have to pay the recurring amount along with the interest value to the builder.

Latest Answer: Yes, the scheme is still there before the dealine was 31st December but now the HDFC bank have extended the deadline to 31st January.

Latest Answer: No now you can not opt that scheme, SBI offered three years ago to ease the borrower's tension. Now the buyers who have taken loan under teaser loan have to pay more as the bank will start charging interest on theses loans on a floating rate basis from January 2012.
