Latest Answer: December 31st is the last date for installing the rain water harvesting system. Advertisement have been put up by BWSSB which says that "Adopt rainwater harvesting – avoid water supply disconnection – avoid drought in future". Citizens were not happy with the advertisement as it sounded more like threating than a request.
