My experience with aditya is terible. I want to coution you all that dont go with aditya construction at all . He took my 10% amount of 5,72,250 with fals promises of pre emi. He never fulfilled the promises done by sales person . he first atract by saying all falls promises , and once you make payment of 10% he make ur life miserable . Please friends dont go for it. Or if you want to go only take completed projects
