Builder is ok , the documents will be clean.Also they are doing work as per schedule so delay will be less.
Also quality of building is just fine ...
The bad thing is that he dont follow the plan as he indicated in Brochure . I saw that he is not making swimming pool and Club house as he is indicated in all advertisements and brochure . Instead of Club house and Swimming pool he is building Transformer yard and Septic tank in that location . Also it looks like he is planning to move the club house to basement . This is really bad as this is against BBMP approval and customer interest .
