Q:I am serving defence employee want to invest in zirakpur(chandigarh) or panchkula in property ............plz suggest me good property it can be flats or plot ............for profit through appreciation .secondly should be safe as i dont stay here and would be able to come once in a year to check my property ....................looking to buy early. My budget is Rs 35lakhs.
