Latest Answer: I know i is a late reply, but would like caution everyone... The Coral Cove project of Jain housing at Marad is not an approved project. Due to coastal rule violations, this project is not getting NOC and Occupancy certificate. The company is trying to sell the houses to innocent buyers to recoup their losses. Hdfc, icici etc. approved this project without checking all the approvals, it speaks to how thess companies approve projects.
Buyers beware or else you will end up losing money.
