Q:I am looking to buy a flat near Iyyappanthangal in oil mill road (opp. to depot). Any known issues or problems...? I heard underground water around Iyyappanthangal area is rich in iron content and yellowish in color. Can someone please advise if it is a good location to buy flats in and around oil mill area...?
