There is a legal suite OS 8068 on this land owner. Marketing staff in Madhavaram Brindavan Palms when asked about this act totally ignorant to avoid tainting their image. The Case number was written on the wall of the property on June 23rd but the builder erased it immediately on the next morning. I don’t see any other issue with this property. As long as the Builder or Land Owner goes for settlement and close this case, this is other wise a clean one in legal terms.
