Q:What are the normal charges for amenities in Apartment, Car Parking, BWSSB and KPTCL? I am being charged as below, is it ok for 1278sq feet (with 80% carpet area, as claimed). Car Parking: 125,000/-, BWSSB: 80,000/-, KPTCL: 80,000/-, Amenities: 75,000/- (for one year)
Latest Answer: OK.. But yes it seems the charges are high.. And as you said there is no Cauvery water supply in that region, and people are getting Corporation water and extra water from tankers..
Have you checked with other buyers whether they have paid the same charges?
