Q:Hi, I entered into an agreement for purchasing an under-construction flat (PAN Oasis, sector 70) with the seller. I paid almost half the money and in the meantime kept builder in loop.
He assured me that third party transfer is taking place, only transfer fees have to be decided. He has accepted the form, affidavit and request.
Now he called me and told that it can't be done. What should I do? Please help.
