Q:Hi, I was searching houses near Marathahalli area. I have seen so many flats in Boganahalli village road, JCR layout, via Panathur road, behind Cisco area. I have seen so many constructions from ADMS team (Archi Design and Management Service Private Limited)
1. Anjanadri Residency , 2. Shree Sapthagiri Meadows etc.
Anjanadri Residency is in the initial construction stage. Only 2nd floor construction is completed. As per ADMS, the construction to be completed in 8 months period. They are telling all the approvals/documents are clear. It is approved by HDFC & LIC, and gettting approval from AXIS bank.
1. May I know the square feet price in this area.
2. Whether this ADMS is good or not? Is there any completed good project available?
3. What is the problem for going for SBI loan instead of private banks (if all the docs are clear)? Please advise.
