Q:I booked a studio apartment in one of the on going project in Noida. The developer qouted some amount for the first payment and said that after the possession he will take the second payment.Now he is duplicating his words and asking for the total money in one go. Can any one help regards to this issue.
Latest Answer: Hi Anandmahal, I booked the apartment three month ago, i paid 30% of the amount. The second installment is scheduled in April, 2013,now I have got a notice from the builder for full payment and he is telling the possession by the end of this year,since this project is on going so at the time of purchase my document was not having the option of payment dates or payment schedule. Kindly advice !
