Q:Hi, I’m planning to book a flat. But when I ask the builder for the sales deed he told me that there is no sales deed but in place of it there is a lease agreement for 99 years from the government. The builder is telling me that there is no difference in between the sales deed and the lease agreement. Is it true? What is the difference?
