Q:I have booked a flat 15 days back at the price of 4100 psft in 7th floor. My friends have also purchased few flats in other ongoing projects and they were satisfied with the builder. I liked the location hence booked it. recently saw the news about keerthi floa project where resdents has to suffer coz of builder fault. So little worried about my investment.
