Q: Any idea how much the land price in this zone have gone up?
Latest Answer: The price per acre of land close to Visvesvaraya Layout which was pricing in between Rs 50 lakhs to Rs 60 lakhs till last year has gone up to Rs 1 crores. Visvesvaraya Layout which is spread out widely near Ullal and Mallathahalli near Bangalore University, is seeing a good response.

Latest Answer: Mysore Road junction on the Outer Ring Road to Kengeri will have five stations along 6.50 km stretch.This stretch will grow connectivity when the Bangalore-Mysore State Highway is upgraded from the existing four lanes to six lanes. The doubling of the railway track between the two cities will decrease travelling time and have an impact on the industrial growth of Mysore too

Latest Answer: Even the suburban areas have become costlier and new residential areas like Mysore Road in the west, Tumkur road in north and Kanakpura road in the south are developing rapidly as they have plenty of vacant land for development which are relatively cheaper and size-able.
