Q: Is it true that The Ministry of Urban Development on Wednesday hiked floor area ratio rules for residential plots in the Capital.

Q: I had checked one property of DS MAX and was astonished to find that the advertised floor area is just 63% of the total what the customers pay. Customers have to be smart enough to verify this. This percentage is normally 75 if the builder provides clubs, gardens etc. If not this has to be close to 80%. Hope DS will clarify or change their advertised saleable area
Latest Answer: Hello Manoj, Thanks for bringing such issues to your notice. Now a days homes buyers have to be smart enough while buying a property from any builder.
