Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in Puja Ganges, Uttarpara, Kolkata. for my parents. I have figured most of the positive and negative aspects but would appreciate if fellow community members share their thoughts on the Builder,locality,justification of steep prices of this area and other good alternatives.
