Recently came across residential plot in IVC road ( Neragarahalli ) starting from 700-900 per sq ft.
Q: One problem is they are yet to be approved.Is it worth taking risk of buying one if its not yet approved ? And what would be minimum appreciation in this area in the next few years ? Thanks Plots seen:Krishna developers, Unnathi developers ( close to Aishwarya Aerocity )

Latest Answer: There are plots available for sale in Devanahalli which are approved but the size of the plots starts from 1200 onward.
