Latest Answer: DDA is planning to give additional ground coverage and incentive FAR up to 5 percent based upon the number of provisions made in the building plan. It is also looking to start imposing penalty against non-enforcement.

It has also said that if anybody has a legal right to any of the plots, they should approach DDA along with documentary evidence within ten days. And if failed to do so then in future they will not be allowed to claim for the plots later.
