Q: Hi, any idea about the new rules to be followed by Delhi plot owners?

Latest Answer: DDA is planning to give additional ground coverage and incentive FAR up to 5 percent based upon the number of provisions made in the building plan. It is also looking to start imposing penalty against non-enforcement.
