Q:Dear All,my query is about redevelopment of a chawl with ground + 1 structures in a private property not declared as slum yet. our landlord who is a builder also proposing a redevelopment. we wanted to know which DCR rules apply to this case or if DCR does apply. and while considering the area for compensation will the +1 area also considered for eg a room of 10*20 i.e. 200 sqft on ground plus 200 sq ft on +1 that totals to 400sqft , so while compensation will he give more than 400sqft or equal to 400sqft.please guidethanks and regards
Latest Answer: I agree with Saurav, so you might expect an extra FSI as part of the new DP.. But you have to wait another month for the new plan in place..
