Q:There are many century-old government buildings and residential bungalows in New Delhi which are fading away.. I had been there a couple of days ago and I was surprised to see their state. Why are they not being renovated? I believe that they can be transformed into better structures if the govt plans about it properly?

Anyways, it is not easy to find such properties as there is hardly any formal announcement. The prices usually circulate by word of mouth. Transactions often involve black money or bribery to avoid huge taxes involved.
