Q:Hi, I am planning to buy 2bhk in DB ozone, Dahisar east.the guy from the sales dept from DB quoted approx 7400 per sqft with 45rs. floor rise.Is this the actual going rate right now....additionally is the project good enough. Heard that its been delayed a lot.....please advise...
Latest Answer: I heard that DB is giving out matchbox sized houses over there. Is that true? Even, one of my friends is having an unit and he is giving at Rs 6500 per sqft.. You can look for other options as well..
