Latest Answer: I think the above member has hit the nail on its head. There is definitely no new construction activity happening in the region. There is hardly any space left to avail any construction options. Prices would always be high because the stretch in a hub of residential as well as commercial activity. You have not mentioned if you are interested in residential or commercial space. For commercial space you may get a few options by small time builders offering newer construction but you are going to buy at a premium and later sell at the same levels. I expect an increase of 8 to 10% in the medium term of three to five years simply because of lack of availability of newer apartments.
Latest Answer: I heard that the cost estimated for the FOB is estimated to be around Rs 2 crore. But as per the plan, there will be no escalator to the FOB. One has to use stairs in order to cross the road. Once the plan gets approved the construction will start.
