Latest Answer: It has offered me possession of an incomplete tower in 14th Avenue. I can see with my eyes that construction is going on but I cannot prove it as Authority has given CC & OC of an incomplete tower and at the time of issuing No Dues Certificate, they have taken my signature on an affidavit in name of formalities that I cannot claim any compensation in future. Now I cannot go legal and they will deliver it according to their convenient. On Paper and News, my flat has been offered for possession but in reality it has not been delivered yet.
