Q:Stay away from this builder Ashed Properties. They terrorize their clients by demanding money that is not in the agreement, they refuse to answer your questions or attend complaints unless you pay money. The lethargic people at Ashed office will delay everything beyond imaginable limits and then they will charge interest for all the delays caused by them when collecting installments from you. I am talking from the experience of buying a flat from these guys.
