Q: I have lost my original property registry and I am made a certified copy by the registrar. But when I went to the bank for applying home loan against the property with the certified copy. I was told that this is not a valid documents and I have to give the original documents. What should I do now?

Latest Answer: The time you misplaced your original documents you should have filed a FIR to get the certified copy from the registrar. Show a copy of FIR along with the certified copy from the registrar to the bank and I think they will consider it.
