He has been supplying electricity to the tenants of Vedic Apartments at commercial rates @Rs 12/unit.He has been supplying water to the nearby areas and charging them heavily.The society build in the name of Vedic Apartments need to be checked if all the clearances(fire safety, NOCs from various Govt. bodies) been taken. http://dexterousbuilders.net/ Also accompanying him is his youger brother Mr. Jitender yadav (calls himself advocate but CLERK in reality) who has cheated various residents by selling them flats at rates far higher than market rates.
