And not just campuses, this hub will also include other infrastructure initiatives like improved road network, water supply facilities, sewerage system, and so on. Housing facilities are also going to be developed under private-public partnerships. These facilities will be a good investment opportunity; they will be rentals for students, faculty, staff and delegates and visiting students. Another good thing is that, a link road is being planned to connect Jawaharnagar with the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Land acquisition and road expansion process has already been started for this link road.
