Q:Hey, I’ve been hearing a bit about these TOGCs. Can anyone explain what they are, and what is their relation with Hyderabad real estate. I’m asking because I’m planning to invest in this market.
Latest Answer: Hey I think it includes a lot more than just Shamshabad and Gachibowli. The localities of Patancheru, Ghatkesar, Pedda Amberpet, Keesara and Gundla Pochampally have also been included in the lost of the major TOGCs of the city. In case you’re looking out for localities to invest in, I’d suggest that you check out any of these areas. I myself am planning to invest in some property in Patancheru.
