Q:Hey, my son has planned to invest in a 3 BHK in Banjara hills. I know that Banjara hills is one of the best areas to live in when it comes to locality. But, when I was doing my research of similar properties in other areas, I found better properties at a much cheaper rate. Now, we are confused if we should go ahead and invest here in Banjara hills or move towards the IT hubs like Hitec city, Madhapur etc.
