Telecom nagar is only 4.6 kms from wipro circle, and you can take the ORR to avoid any traffic. The rent in telecom nagar is cheaper when compared to indranagar and ranges between Rs. 10,000 to 16,000 for a 2BHK. The only problem you might face here will be temporary water problems during summer, which can normally be avoided by paying some extra maintenance charge.
