Latest Answer: Hello there:) So the demand for houses in Aroor is not that high as compared some other parts of Kochi in Marine Drive. But the locality still has a lot of vacant plots that seem to be attracting buyers of late. I think the plan is o give Aroor an infrastructural face lift so that property prices will increase and there will be more revenue from Aroor. There are also many upcoming projects that you should take a look at, if you're looking to invest. For example: The Tata Tritvam residential project. Not sure how well the plan is going to turn out but from my perspective, I definitely think giving Aroor a second look is worth it! :D
