Latest Answer: Apparently MUDA has stated that underground drainage, electricity supply and construction of roads are also part of the project. This is a very good thing for Mysore because projects like this is what will ultimately attract buyers to start investing in Mysore. And since Mysore still doesn't have a very well established industrial base, this commercial project might just help boost that up! This will also help fetch employment for many workers and if solving civic issues is complimentary then I'm not complaining :D
