Latest Answer: I like Beerumguda very much. I think the place has good facilities also. It is close to ORR project and on NH47 which is very convenient location. It is close by to many IT companies and places like Gachibowli and Hitech city aren't that far away and you can get there quite fast. I always make a pros and cons list to give me better understanding of everything. Pros for Beerumguda are peacful locality, beautiful homes, good housing colony, and close by to a good international school. Cons would be very poor bus transportation system and running constructions everywhere that cause sound pollution. It is seeming to really expand in the coming years to come so this is good time to invest here.
