Latest Answer: Yeah I agree. This phase of the project is basically the transitioning of the existing electrical grids in the city to smart grids. This smart grid system is much more efficient when it comes to collecting digitised data and executing the distribution and supply of electricity. So obviously this will be a welcome change to the lives of us Kochiites. Automatic power distribution, online bill payment, cutting down on transmission power losses – these are just the main benefits that we’re going to be enjoying. I’m really looking forward to this!
