Q:I've been hearing that Tellapur has a lot of real estate potential but then why do people complain about n number of civic problems in this locality? Especially problems like connectivity. Is it a bad choice for investment?
Latest Answer: Hey :) I don't know if you were following the news but in January 2014, there was this news article that said that there's a 50% rise in residential property in Tellapur just between April 2012 to December 2013. I think this is a great location to invest in and if you did one and a half years ago, then you'd be really lucky. According to me, property value is only going to appreciate because of the growth this locality has to offer. Apparently the township project is going to be on 400 acres of space and it will have a presence of a number of IT companies that will really improve the worth of the locality. Go for it man! :)
