Latest Answer: I recently passed by Tapovan Greens and it looks like a nice residential area. They are typically said to be 'villament' units - a combo of an 'apartment' and a 'villa', balconies and gardens are definitely a bonus. Even, the swimming pool and gymnasium. Not to mention, basic amenities like security, lift, water/electricity backup are provided.
