Q:I'm contemplating as to where would be the best place to buy property. In Vijaywada or Hyderabad? But I've heard that Vijaywada rates are really expensive. Should I invest in Benz Circle in Vijaywada or Banjara Hills in Hyderabad?
Latest Answer: Currently the rates being quited in Vijaywada and Guntur are insanely high and unrealistic. It is just a speculative market. Even Hyderabad faced same situation in 2007 to 2008. For any invstment to happen in Vijaywada, this must be corrected asap.
